Our main delivery day is Wednesday , making for a very happy hump day. Our hassle free, mid-week meals really hit the spot no need to think or prep for dinner that night or the rest of the week if you stock up.

As a Christmas gift we are blending two EMP favourites… our beloved slowly baked Sweet Potato breakie yet this time we are filling with our equally loved cacao, date and peanut butter Super Sticky Spread. Sprinkled with the usual cinnamon roasted nuts and seeds and served with a mini pot of orange zesty yoghurt.

This Xmas limited edition SP Breakie is not to be missed and as always great to freeze.

We recommend warming through for a melt in your mouth experience: medium oven 180°C for 10-12 mins.

Keep in the fridge, best enjoyed withing 4-5 days or freeze on day of delivery. If you are a SP Breakfast convert stock up your freezer while featuring this week.

What areas do you deliver to?

Our delivery route currently includes Esholt, Guiseley, Yeadon, Menston, Burley in Wharfedale and Baildon. Plus a little further on request, please contact us we will always try squeeze you in.

I have allergies, what should I do?

All our meals are prepared in our strictly Plant-based kitchen. Allergens that are present in the kitchen include all nuts, gluten, celery, mustard, soya and sesame. We clearly specify the allergens present in each meal. If you are unsure of anything please give us a call.

Our PACKAGING is 100% recyclable and compostable from Biopak, who offer award winning packaging that puts the planet first. Our clever meal tubs are made from sugarcane pulp and are freezer, oven and microwave safe.
