Our main delivery day is Wednesday , making for a very happy hump day. Our hassle free, mid-week meals really hit the spot no need to think or prep for dinner that night or the rest of the week if you stock up.

Chunky mix of potato, sweetcorn, carrot, sweet potato, onion and celery with traditional creole flavours of smoked paprika and dill, finished with creamy coconut milk.

As always this hearty, filling soup is most definitely a meal in itself.

Re-heat either on the hob stirring frequently or in the microwave on full power for 1.5 minutes, stir and a further 1.5 minutes.

Typical delivery times for these areas is:

Esholt 10.15am -10.45am

Guiseley 10.45am -12.00pm

Yeadon 12.00pm – 12.30pm

Menston 14.00pm – 14.45pm

Burley in Wharfedale 14.45pm – 15.30pm

What areas do you deliver to?

Our delivery route currently includes Esholt, Guiseley, Yeadon, Menston, Burley in Wharfedale and Baildon. Plus a little further on request, please contact us we will always try squeeze you in.

I have allergies, what should I do?

All our meals are prepared in our strictly Plant-based kitchen. Allergens that are present in the kitchen include all nuts, gluten, celery, mustard, soya and sesame. We clearly specify the allergens present in each meal. If you are unsure of anything please give us a call.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Our PACKAGING is 100% recyclable and compostable from Biopak, who offer award winning packaging that puts the planet first. Our clever meal tubs are made from sugarcane pulp and are freezer, oven and microwave safe.
