This week we officially say a big Hello to our awesome Autumn menus.
You’ll see 3 warm Pots of the Week, plus bang on season Pumpkin Soup – rich, creamy, nutrient dense and high in vitamin A.
For breakie it’s our Banana, Cherry and Chia Smoothie – ideal for breakie on the go. If you fancy a seasonal treat you really need to be sneaking the Sticky Date and Ginger pudding in your basket and don’t forget it can be frozen too.
For our fermented followers its time for EMP Kimchi again, fiery and full of friendly bacteria to aid better digestion and overall gut health.
